Health advice:no smoking
In the begining of this year , the most imoportant wish for everybody is healthy. And, if you do want to be health , then please never smok. There are many reasons for it.
A new study confirms that smoking raises a person's risks of the major forms of esophageal and stomach cancers, while drinking has more narrow effects.
In a study that followed more than 120,000 Dutch adults for 16 years, researchers found that smoking increased the risk of the two main forms of stomach cancer, as well as the two forms of esophageal cancer -- by anywhere from 60 percent to 263 percent versus non-smokers.
The findings, published in the journal Gut, underscore general health recommendations to drink only in moderation and to quit, or preferably never start, smoking.
In addition, they also suggest that smoking and drinking cannot account for the changing face of esophageal and stomach cancers in Western countries, according to Jessie Steevens of Maastricht University in the Netherlands and co-investigators.
Less smoking , more healthy, more happy !

After John Elway dies and enters the Pearly Gates, God takes him on a tour. He shows John a little two-bedroom house with a faded Broncos banner hanging from the front porch. "This is your house, John. Most people don't get their own houses up here," God says.
John looks at the house, then turns around and looks at the one sitting on top of the hill. It's a huge two-story mansion with white marble columns and little patios under all the windows. Wisconsin flags line both sides of the sidewalk and a huge Green Bay Packers banner hangs between the marble columns.
"Thanks for the house, God, but let me ask you a question. I get this little two-bedroom house with a faded banners and Brett Favre gets a mansion with brand new Packers banners and flags flying all over the place. Why is that?"
God looks at him seriously for a moment, then with a smile, God says, "That's not Favre's house, it's mine."
