Tube mill entry machines improve steel processing

As for tube mill entry machines, there's Guild's UNC Uncoiler. Made of heavy-duty fabricated steel construction, the UNC Uncoiler operates on many different kinds of processing lines, such as roll form lines or high-speed tube and pipe mills. This machine comes in both single- and double-arm units. The different types of units assure the best fit for any manufacturer's process.
In addition, Guild offers the SL Superloop ™ Accumulator. This unit performs perfectly for small- and medium-size mills, thanks to its patented overspeed feature, which creates large amounts of usable storage. Flexible entry and exit points allow for installation in new or existing lines. This accumulator can handle material from about .03" thick up to .312" thick and line speeds from approximately 50 FPM up to 900 FPM.
There's also the SCA Supercoil horizontal strip accumulator. These units are designed for use in medium and large pipe mills. Like the SL Superloop, the SL Supercoil comes with large amounts of usable storage and flexible entry and exits points, to make installation in new or existing steel processing lines as simple and effective as possible.
Both the Superloop and Supercoil accumulators and the UNC Uncoiler are designed with the same exacting standards that Guild's engineers put into all its machines. Customers who install Guild machines into their factories are assured of top-quality performance every time.
