Turning Your Logo Into Effective Interior Signage Is Neither Difficult Nor Expensive
Ever walk into an office and see the company corporate logo displayed on a wall in the reception area or in a conference room? What did it make you think? Quality interior signs based on your logo help build your brand by making you look professional.
Any company logo can be manufactured into an attractive, three dimensional, interior sign. All you need is a qualified reputable sign professional. Here are the top five things to consider.
5) Placement - Determine the area where you wish to place the sign. The background wall or other surface will essentially become a part of the sign acting as the canvas for the individual letters and logo elements.
4) Size - The length of the sign should be less than 75% of the background wall or area to allow for enough empty space around the sign so as to not appear crowded.
3) Color - The color of the background wall or area must contrast with the logo colors. If you logo consists of light colors the background should be dark or vice versa. Often your logo colors can be translated in silver, gold or copper colored metals which go well with any background color.
2) Material - There are a wide array of materials and laminates that can be used for your sign. The choice that works best for you will depend on: a.) size (desired depth and overall look you are trying to convey), b.) cost and c.) lead time. Be sure to discuss this with your Interior Sign Specialist.
1) Installation - Most non-illuminated interior signs are fairly simple to install. They can be either installed with blind studs or double-stick tape. Some signs are offset, or mounted on spacers so as to appear three-dimensional. Consider whether or not you'll need to move the sign before deciding on an installation method. A qualified, reputable sign installer can help you determine which mounting method to choose.
